The abstract should be less than 2 pages long (usually half a page is ok) and will be published in the abstract book. The upload system provides a normal abstract field for this, there is no need to upload separate abstract file. Please register your paper at:
The final template to be used is based on a general two-column IEEE conference template:

If you choose to use online Latex editor (Sharelatex/Overleaf) you can open a new project using IEEEconf template.
The contributors are advised to prepare the paper using the official templates linked above. The best method of ensuring that your paper meets the format requirements is to copy and paste the article into the template file. The paper should be minimum 2 pages including the figures, tables & references. The full papers will be published in the conference proceedings after the normal revision process. After the conference, chosen authors will be asked to prepare the extended version of the paper to be published (after the review process) in the regular journal.
